摘要
从公安信息化战略全局的角度研究公安信息化战略问题,需要探讨公安信息化战略的内涵、公安信息化战略的战略环境、信息时代的治安观、公安信息化战略的战略地位、公安信息化战略的战略重点等若干问题,要在研究公安信息化实践中所存在的突出问题的基础上,提出具有针对性的对策与建议。
From the view of whole situation, we study the policing information strategy. We need approach the policing information strategy from different angles, such as the connotation of policing information strategy, the environment of policing information strategy, the concept of public order in information times, the position of policing information strategy, the emphasis of policing information strategy. At the same time, we should put forward a proposal and make policy decisions based on the study about the key problems of policing information strategy.
