摘要
目的:观察利水通络方对腰椎间盘突出症急性期腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组采用骶管注射黄芪、脉络宁及服用活血通络的中药。观察组在对照组的基础上加利水渗湿的药物,组成利水通络方,对治疗前后腰腿疼痛、椎旁压痛及直腿抬高试验的评分进行比较。结果:两组患者的症状与体征均能明显改善,治疗前后对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组愈显率86.7%,有效率93.3%,对照组愈显率60%,有效率76.7%,观察组疗效优于对照组,二组经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利水通络方能明显改善腰椎间盘突出症急性期腰腿痛的症状与体征,提高近期临床疗效。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of Lishui Tongluo Formula （LTF） in treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion （LIDP） during acute phase. Methods： Sixty cases of LIDP were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in control group received intrathecal injection of Huangqi and Mailuoning together with administration of traditional Chinese medicine of Huoxue Tongluo. Aside from the above therapy, patients in treatment group were given Lishui Shenshi medicine additionally, which made up LFT. Waist and leg pains, vertebra side tenderness and straight--leg raising test were recorded to evaluate curative effect. Results： Both groups bad good results in symptoms. Significant differences were observed before and after treatment （P〈0.01）. The effective rate of treatment group （93.3%） were significantly higher than that of control group （76.7% ） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： LTF can improve the symptoms and signs obviously and elevate the curative effect.
