摘要
目的:探讨疏密波促进骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)增殖的最佳波段组合,并从分子生物学水平阐明其可能的作用机制,为疏密波临床治疗提供实验依据。方法:体外分离、培养大鼠MSCs,流式细胞仪进行鉴定,MTT法检测疏密波对MSCs增殖的影响。结果:不同波形组合的疏密波均能不同程度地促进MSCs增殖,以C组为最佳,与空白对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但各组组内差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:疏密波能明显促进MSCs增殖,增殖程度与波形组合有关,以C组的促增殖作用效应最大。
Objective:To investigate the mechanisms and the best combination of dense--sparse waves promoting proliferation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) so as to provide experimental foundation for clinical application of dense--sparse waves. Methods: MSCs were obtained from SD rats and identified by FCM. Cell proliferation was detected by MTT assay. Results: All combination of dense--sparse waves significantly promoted MSCs proliferation, with best results in group C. There was significant difference between control group and dense--sparse wave treated groups (P〈0. 01), but there was no obvious difference within dense--sparse wave treated groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Dense--sparse waves can promote MSCs proliferation. The effect is related to the combination of wave shapes, and group C has the best effect on proliferation.
