经颅重复磁刺激对肌萎缩侧索硬化的治疗作用

摘要 肌萎缩侧索硬化(amyotrophic lateral sclemsis,ALS)是一种以中枢神经系统运动神经元变性为特征的致命性疾病,其年发病率约为(0.86~2.40)/10万,患者多于发病后3~5年内死亡。谷氨酸介导的兴奋性毒性被认为是ALS的主要发病机制之一。目前除利鲁唑(riluzole)外,尚无特异性治疗方法或药物,因此找到更为有效的治疗方法,延缓疾病进展显得尤为迫切和重要。
