摘要
目的观察乐脉颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法用单硝酸异山梨酯作为对照,服药前后记录心绞痛症状、心电图ST-T改变、动态心电图缺血性ST-T改变的时间、血黏和血脂的情况。结果乐脉颗粒治疗后,病人心绞痛总有效率为94%,心电图改善总有效率为72%,动态心电图缺血性ST-T改变的时间(m in)由146.27土20.16改善为39.14土5.86,与单硝酸异山梨酯治疗的对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论乐脉颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效明显,且没有任何的不良反应。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Le - Mai - Ke - Li in patients with angina pectoris. Methods 50 patients with angina pectoris were treated by Le - Mai - Ke - Li and the symptoms, ECG （ ischemic ST - T changes） , holter ECG, blood viscosity and blood fat were recorded. Results The total efficacy of Le - Mai - Ke - Li of improving angina pectoris amounted to 94% , of improving ECG amounted to 72%. The improving time （minutes） of hoher ECG was from （ 146. 27± 20. 16） to （39. 14 ±5.86）. The therapeutic efficacy of Le - Mai - Ke - Li was higher than that of isosorbidi mononitratis with significant difference between these two drugs （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Le - Mai - Ke - Li was useful in the treatment of angina pectoris and without any side effect.
