摘要 应用免疫组织化学方法检测44例肾细胞癌组织中的多药耐药基因产物P糖蛋白(P-GP)的表达。结果63.6%(28/44例)的肾细胞癌有P-GP表达。根据组织病理学分型,发现不同类型的肾细胞癌P-GP表达有所不同,颗粒细胞癌P-GP表达率为90.9%(10/11例),混合型癌(颗粒细胞癌和透明细胞癌)为75.0%(6/8例),乳头状腺癌为50.0%(1/2例),透明细胞癌为47.8%(11/23例)。提示肾细胞癌化疗药物治疗效果差的原因与肿瘤本身容易产生耐药性有关。 44 cases of renal cell carcinoma tissues were analysed for the presence of multiple drug resistance gene products (P-Glycoprotein, P-GP) by means of immuno histochemistry. The expression of P-Gp was found in 28/44 (63.6%) of renal cell carcinoma. There was a sighficant difference in the different histopathologic type. The granular cell carcinoma was 10/11 (90. 9% ),clear cell carcinoma 11/23 (47. 8% ),mixed carcinoma 6/8 (75. 0% ) and papillary adenocarcinoma 1/2 (50.0% ).16 cases of normal kidney tissues were 100% P-GP expression. The result showed that the expression of P-GP correlate with the histopathologic type of renal cell carcinoma.
