摘要
分析了我国财政科技经费管理中的问题及其委托代理问题产生的原因,运用博弈方法分析了科技经费管理部门监督与项目承担部门搞机会主义的影响因素,针对问题,提出了提高科技经费使用效率的对策。
This paper technology funds and its analyses causes the problems and its governance in management for China＇s Financial principal-agent problem; and uses the methods of game analyzing the factots that affect monitoring of technology funds management departments; and affect engaging in opportunistic of project commitment; Aiming at its problem, the paper brings up some forward-looking measures to improve efficiency of using technology funds.
