摘要
目的探讨尿毒症时高血压对心脏结构的影响。方法观察５０例伴或不伴有高血压的尿毒症病人和２５例正常人的超声心动图。结果尿毒症时左心房、左心室内径以及左心室后壁和室间隔的厚度明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ值＜０．００１）；右心室内径也高于正常对照组（Ｐ值小于０．０５）。在尿毒症病人中，高血压组的左心房内径、右心室内径以及室间隔和左心室后壁的厚度明显高于非高血压组（Ｐ值分别为＜０．０１、＜０．０５、＜０．０５和＜０．００１）。结论提示尿毒症时高血压主要与左心房、右心室的扩张以及室间隔。
bjectives To investigate the interrelationship between hypertension and cardiac morphology in uremia.Methods 50 patients of uremia with or without hypertension and 25 normal human were observed by echocardiography.Results (1)Ldft atrium diameter,left ventricular diameter,righe ventricular diameter,interventricular septal and posterior wall thicknesses were significantly hcgher in uremic patients compared with normal controls(P<0.001,<0.001,<0.05,<0.001,<0.001respectively).(2)Left atriui and posterior wall thicknesses were significantly higher in the hyprtensive uremic patients than in the normotensive ureamic patients (P<0.01,<0.05,<0.05,<0.001respectively).Conclusions In uremic patients,hypertension are associated with dilatation of the left atrium and right ventricular, interventricular septal and posterior wall thicknesses.
