摘要
为对疑似鸡传染性鼻炎感染鸡群作出准确诊断,对发病鸡进行流行病学调查和病鸡剖检病变观察,对分离到的细菌进行鉴定,取分离菌接种正常鸡复制病理。结果表明:发病鸡群为副鸡嗜血杆菌引发的传染性鼻炎。根据药敏试验结果对发病鸡群进行综合治疗,取得了理想的效果。
Through epidemiological investigation, anatomy morphologic observations, isolation and identification of bacterials and inoculated the bacteriats to normal chickens, confirmed the chickens were infected by H. paragallinarum and occured Infectiuns Cpryza. According to the drug sensitivity test resultes,by give medicines to the chickens and enhanced the management work, most of the chickens were cured.
