43例胃肠肿瘤病人应用PICC管的护理 被引量：2

摘要 目的总结胃肠肿瘤病人应用PICC管进行化疗的护理经验。方法对43例胃肠肿瘤病人在应用PICC管进行化疗的护理过程进行总结。结果43例病人置管时间最长30天，最短时间6天，未发生1例空气栓塞、血气胸、出血等并发症。结论护士在给胃肠肿瘤病人应用PICC管进行化疗时坚强护理，可以减少病人重复静脉穿刺的痛苦，避免化疗药物对外周静脉的破坏和局部组织的刺激，保证治疗的顺利进行。
