沐舒坦雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿肺炎

摘要 目的观察沐舒坦雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿肺炎的临床疗效和治疗要点。方法将84例婴幼儿肺炎随机分成两组,两组均给予常规抗病毒、抗感染、平喘等治疗,治疗组加用沐舒坦雾化吸入,对照组则用α-糜蛋白酶、地塞米松和庆大霉素雾化吸入。对两组的咳嗽、痰鸣音、气促、肺部干湿啰音的消失时间及住院时间进行比较。结果使用沐舒坦雾化吸入的治疗组在治疗咳嗽、痰鸣音、肺部干湿啰音消失时间方面比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论沐舒坦雾化吸入可提高婴幼儿肺炎治疗效果,尤其祛痰和减少肺部湿性啰音的效果较好。 Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of spray inhalation with mucosolvan in treating infants with bronchopncumonia and the main points of treatment. Methods 84 infants were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Infants in the observation group were given pray inhalation with mucosolvan and infants in the control group were given pray inhalation with α-chymotrypsin, dexamethasone and gentamycin besides regular treatments including anti-virus, anti-infection, anti-asthma and so on. Lengths of stay in hospital and the disappearing times of cough, wheezy phlegm and wheezy sound in lung between these two groups were compared. Results The disappearing times of cough, wheezy phlegm and wheezy sound in lung in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Spray inhalation with mucosolvan can improve clinical therapeutic effect for bronchopneumonia in infants, especially for eliminating phlegm and disappearing of wheezy sound in lung.
