摘要
本文通过对影响船舶交通管理程度因素的研究，应用模糊综合评判方法对厦门港船舶交通管理程度进行分析和评价，并提出建设性建议，对厦门港交管建设具有一定的实用参考价值。
This paper analyses and assesses the degree of the vessel traffic control in Xiamen Port by adopting a method of fuzzy comprehensive assessment and puts forward some suggestions as to how to build a VTS, which is of practical value in improvement of the function and efficiency of the VTS in Xiamen Port.
