摘要
阐述了低温设备、管道在保冷条件下采用常规的防腐涂层防腐效果差,防水卷材做防潮层易开裂,引起金属表面的腐蚀。分析了涂层损坏和金属表面腐蚀的原因。论述了采用环氧铁红底漆与环氧玻璃鳞片涂料对金属表面进行防腐,防潮层采用阻燃玛蹄脂作保冷层,对低温设备、管道进行保冷可以收到较好的效果。
This paper introduces the poor anti-corro- sive effect of conventional anti-corrosive coating ap- plied in cold insulation of low-temperature equipment and pipelines and the metal surface corrosion due to the crack of waterproof coil as damp-proof layer,and ana- lyzes the reasons for coating damage and metal surface corrosion.Good effect can be achieved by using epoxy ester red iron oxide primer and epoxy glass flake coating to protect metal surface from corrosion and using fire- retardant mastic as damp-proof layer in cold insulation of low-temperature equipment and pipelines.
