摘要
随着高职教育的快速发展,加强高职院校内部管理,尤其是决策机制的建立,对高职院校生存与发展起着极为关键的作用。分析高职院校决策机制建立的必要性及必须遵循的原则,来促进决策活动沿着正确的途径进行,从而形成科学的决策机制。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education, strengthening the internal management, especially the establishment of a decision-making mechanism of higher vocational colleges, plays a crucial role in the survival and development of higher vocational colleges. This article analyzes the necessity and principle of the establishment of vocational college decision-making mechanism to promote the decision-making activities to proceed along the right way and to form a scientific decision-making mechanism.
