摘要
探讨以教学技能为中心的"顶岗实习,置换培训"教学模式的构建与实施。注重从必要性、理论依据及具体实施策略等方面逐步加以论述,并以一所高职院校的实践行动证明该模式实施的可行性。
With an illustration of present condition of rural primary school teachers, the essay confirms the necessity of constructing an “Internship and On-Job Training” teaching mode. Then, supported by the Lifelong Education theory proposed by R.H. Dave and situation cognition theory, the essay gives a full discussion of the “Internship and On-Job Training” teaching mode. Finally, with an emphatical elaboration on the implementation strategy, the essay demonstrates the feasibility of the mode with the practice of a higher vocational college.
