摘要
随着我国市场准入的进一步开放,珠三角成为诸多跨国公司投资的首选之地,产业优化升级的影响对知识和人才有了更高的要求。如何培养高素质技能型人才是目前高职院校需要迫切解决的问题。结合广东交通职业技术学院人才培养的探索与实践,构建能力本位的高职人才培养体系的办学形式。
With the further release of Chinese market access, Pearl River Delta Region will become the first selected investment place of many transnational companies. The optimizing and upgrading of industrial structure has put forward higher request to higher vocational education. In view of this background and condition, the cultivation of high-quality skilled talent has become an urgent problem. With a thorough analysis and research on the talent training in Guangdong Communication Polytechnic, the essay confirms the positive effect of constructing innovative talent training system of CBE.
