摘要
结合煤炭资源整合工作经济和法务具体实践中遇到的相关问题,提出了保证资源整合效果应采取的针对性措施,分析了煤炭资源整合的研究模式、途径和办法等,以期提高资源整合工作质量和效率。
Combines the related problems in the practice of economy and legal of coal resource integration,puts forward that should adopt the pointed measure for ensure the resources integration effect,analyses and studies the mode,the way and the method of coal resource integration and so on,so as to improve quality and the efficiency of resources integration work.
