摘要
用50~200nm的同步辐射对AsH3超声束进行了光电离研究。通过测量AsH3光电离及解离电离产生的各种离子的光电离效率(PIE)曲线,获得了AsH+3的绝热电离势(IP)和AsH+2、AsH+的出现势(AP),并由此估算出体系中有关离子的标准生成焓、自由基的质子亲合势和分子或自由基及其离子的键能。对AsH3分子VUV光电离及解离电离通道进行了分析。
The photoioniozation and photodissociative ionization of AsH_3 have been investigated under the supersonic beam conditions by using 50~200nm one photon synchrotron radiation and TOF mass spectroscopy techniques.The photoionization efficiency(PIE)curves of all the observed ions from AsH_3 molecule are measured and the adiabatic ionization potential(IP)of AsH_3^+ and the appearance potentials(AP)of AsH_2^+ and AsH^+ from AsH_3 were accurately determined,i.e.9.93±0.02eV,12.59±0.04eV and 11.32±0.02eV,respectively.On these basis some therochemical data,such as he standad formation enthalpies (Δ f H 0 0 ) of the related ions,the bond energies ( D 0 ) of the related molecules,radicals or their ions and the proton affinities ( PA 0 ) of the related redicals,have been derived.Most of these data are reported for the first time.In addition,the most possible VUV one photon photoioniztion and photodissociative ionization channels of AsH_3 are analyzed.
