摘要
研究了碱性介质中Co(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化4-(对硝基苯偶氮)-萘酚(镁试剂Ⅱ)褪色这一新指示反应及其动力学条件,建立了测定痕量Co(Ⅱ)的新方法,方法的检出限为3.37×10^(-10)g·ml^(-1),测定范围为0~0.15μg·ml^(-1).方法简便灵敏,用于测定维生素民中B_(12)中Co(Ⅱ)的含量,结果满意.
It is reported in this paper that trace amounts of cobalt ( ? ) can catalyze the decolorization reac-tion of magneson I by H2O_(2) in Na2HPO4-NaOH solution. This catalytic reaction has a high sensitivity. The limit of detection is 3. 37?0^(-10)g ?ml~_(-1). The linear range is 0~0. 15 礸 ?25ml^(-1). The proposed method has been ap-plied to the determination of cobalt ( ? ) in vitamine B_(12) with satisfactory results.
