摘要 提出了导数火焰原子吸收光谱测定金属铜中微量银的新方法.导数技术可使火焰原子吸收光谱的灵敏度提高21倍.用此法测定金属铜中微量银取得了满意效果. A derivative FAAS method for the determination of microamounts of silver in pure copper is proposed in this paper. It is found that the derivative values of the absorbances al-so give a linear relationship with the silver concentrations, for the measurement of either the up-per peak values or the lower peak values or the sum of the upper and lower peak values. For ob-taining the highest sensitivity, the third of the above mentioned ways of measurement is used in the proposed method. As compared with the conventional FAAS method, sensitivity of the new derivative method is 21 times higher, its limit of detection arrives to a value of 0. 0017μg · ml^(-1), and its RSD is 0. 24%. The method proposed can be applied to the determination of silver in cop-per in the content range of 2×10^(-4)% to 1× 10^(-2)% of silver. The accuracy and precision are proved to be satisfactory.
