摘要
为探究辽宁省农产品出口竞争力现状及面临的问题,对辽宁2001—2007年的农产品相关数据进行分析,并与山东省比较,得出辽宁的农产品出口竞争力近几年有减弱的趋势,其原因有农业科技落后、农业生态环境恶化、贸易壁垒日趋严格以及政府监督管理体制缺乏效率等方面,最后提出建立外向型农业基地、完善的农产品质量标准、实施品牌战略等建议。
In order to probe into the current situation and issues of export competitiveness of Liaoning Province＇ s agricultural products,through analyzing Liaoning Province＇ s agricultural products data from 2001 to 2007 and comparing it with Shandong Province, this Paper finds that the export competitiveness of Liaoning Province＇s agricultural products is gradually decreasing and the reasons include unadvanced agricultural technique, agricultural environmental degradation and increasing trade barriers and inefficiency of government supervision and management system. In the end, the paper points out some adviees, such as setting up export--oriented agricultural base, improving the quality standards of agricultural products and carrying out brand strategy.
