摘要
目的了解以三氯羟基二苯醚为杀菌成分的玉洁纯消毒净手露的杀菌效果及其消毒相关性能。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和理化分析方法进行了实验室和现场实验观察。结果玉洁纯消毒净手露中三氯羟基二苯醚含量为2690 mg/L,乙醇含量为体积分数65%。用其原液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌作用0.5 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.0;对铜绿假单胞菌杀灭对数值>3.0。用玉洁纯消毒净手露原液对工作人员手擦拭消毒1.0 min,对手部皮肤上自然菌的杀灭对数值均>1.0。将该消毒净手露置于37℃恒温箱内储存90 d,三氯羟基二苯醚含量下降率为5.32%。结论玉洁纯消毒净手露对细菌繁殖体和真菌杀菌效果好,性能稳定。
Objective To know the germicidal efficacy and disinfection - related properties of Yu - Ji - Chun Hand Disinfection - Cleansing Distillate containing triclosan as the germicidal ingredient. Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test and physieochemical analytic method were used to carry out laboratory and on - the - spot trial observation. Results Triclosan content was 2690 mg/L and ethanol content was 65% （v/v） in Yu -Ji - Chun Hand Disinfection - Cleansing Distillate. The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans on cloth strips exposed to the stock solution of Yu - Ji - Chen Hand Disinfection - Cleansing Distillate for 0.5 min were 〉 5.0 and the killing logarithm value of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 〉 3.0. Wiping disinfection of hands of working personnel with the stock solution of the Distillate for 1.0 min killed the natural bacteria on skin of hands by a logarithm 〉 1.0..After the Distillate was stored in 37℃ thermostat for 90 d, its triclosan content decreased by 5.32%. Conclusion Yu - Ji - Chun Hand Disinfection - Cleansing Distillate has good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi and its property is stable.
