摘要
借助光谱或波谱、电化学分析、色谱或电泳技术,系统研究了环境与形态分析化学计量学即化学计量学在环境与形态分析中的应用。本文将递推最优滤波与紫外光谱相结合,提出了一种多组分同时分析测定的新方法。用于合成及水样中硝酸根(NO-3)和亚硝酸根(NO-2)两种价态(NⅢ和NⅤ)的同时测定,结果良好,方法简便。
お novel spectrophotometric method based on cubie spline interpolationKalman filtering(CSIKFS) was developed for multicomponent analysis including environmental and/or speciation analysis.The experimental data could be deduced to some contents.Results of simultaneous determination of nitrate and nitrite in synthetic water samples by CSIKFS showed that the proposed method for valence NⅢ and VⅤ speciation of nitrogen was so effective and very accurate as can be applied to other multicomponent system and speciation analysis.
