摘要
对异形竖板降膜蒸发器的传热和液膜流动性能进行分析,在一定的实验条件下,进行浓缩芹菜汁的传热性能实验研究,分析影响传热性能的主要影响因素,建立总传热系数与主要影响因素的关系及壁面液膜侧的传热系数经验准数关联式,为工业生产提供了参考依据。
Analyzed and studied heat-transfer property and the flow properties of dimpled vertical plate falling film evaporator. Under certain conditions, this paper carried on an investigation into concentrating celery juice. Main factors effected on heat-transfer characteristic were analyzed. The experimental connected formula related heat-transfer coefficient and main factors affecting, industrial production provided for reference.
