摘要
为了检测汽车电器的可靠性,设计了一种用于汽车电器可靠性实验台的电气系统。该系统以实际路谱信号作为实验台的激励信号,同时对实验台上处于运行状态的汽车电器及线束进行实时监视,进而判断其可靠性。具有处理速度快、同步性好、可靠性高等特点。阐述了该系统的硬件结构和控制逻辑。
An electrical system for the experiment platform used to check the reliability of automotive apparatus was designed. The actual path spectrum was used as the drive signal for the experiment platform. At the same time, the malfunction of automotive apparatus and wiring harness can be estimated and analyzed. The system is powerful, speedy and reliable. The emphasis is on the hardware and control logic of the system.
