摘要
针对接触式酸碱浓度计寿命低、电极易污染等缺点,提出了利用电磁感应原理,根据电解溶液的浓度与电导率的关系,设计电磁式浓度计。采用硬件和软件同时进行温度补偿,以单片机作为系统控制器,对放大调理后的信号进行A/D转换、计算浓度、显示等。实验结果表明:此系统测量灵敏度较高、温度补偿效果理想、抗干扰能力强。
In view of the shortcomings of acid-alkalimeter such as short life, easy-to-contaminate electrodes, an electromagnetic concentration meter was designed based on the theory of electromagnetic induction and the relationship between the concentration of electrolyte and its conductivity. The temperature influence on result was resolved by both hardware and software. The singlechip was used to convert analog signals into digital signals, calculate the concentration of electrolyte and display the result. The experiment result shows that the system can meet the needs of the analysis of solution concentration with high sensitivity, high anti-jamming capacity and temperature compensation.
