摘要
目的探讨不同部位静脉给药的显药速度。方法将136例患者,按穿刺部位随机分为上肢组和下肢组,上肢组穿刺手背静脉,下肢组穿刺内踝前方大隐静脉,每公斤体重用药量相等,注射方法和速度相同。结果琥珀胆碱上肢组显效时间平均为(37.40±13.10)s,下肢组为(61.35±17.09)s,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);阿托品上肢组显效时间平均为(77.20±12.41)s,下肢组为(104.58±15.17)s,2组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论抢救患者给药时,应首选上肢静脉给药。
Objective To explore the effectual speed of intravenous medication in different parts of the body. Methods 136 patients were randomly divided into upper limb group (puncture of dorsal veins)and lower limb group (great saphenous vein puncture anterior medial malleolus ). Results The mean effectual time for succinyl - choline was (37.40± 13.10)s in upper limb group and(61.35±17.09)s in lower limb group respectively(P 〈0. 05). The mean effectual time for atropine in upper limb group and lower limb group was( 77. 20 ± 12.41 ) s and ( 104. 58 ± 15.17 ) s rdspectively ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion the upper intravenous administration was first selectdd for emergency rescue in the clinical practice.
