摘要
用McAb,抗CD3,CD3+CD28和CD28+CD80激活健康人PBLs,作用于肝癌细胞(BEL-7402),透射电镜观察其超微结构,发现除抗CD3可引起部分淋巴细胞诱导性凋亡外,其他组都可介导肝癌细胞凋亡。结果提示McAb共刺激能促进肿瘤免疫治疗的研究。
Adoption McAb antiCD3,CD3 and CD28,CD28 and CD80 activate lymophocytes of health human peripheral blood,then acted on hepatoma cell that transmission electron microscope observe it hypermicroscopic ultrostructure found that exception antiCD3 lead to lymophocytes apoptosis of part inductive,other group hepatoma cell were mediated apoptosis.The results suggested that McAb costimulate would be promote research of tumour immunotherapy.
