摘要
用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测１８例白细胞精子症不育男性和２０例正常对照精浆白细胞介素－８（ＩＬ－８）水平。白细胞精子症组明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），白细胞精子症组精液中白细胞（ＷＢＣ）数与精浆ＩＬ－８呈正相关（ｒ＝０．８８３，Ｐ＜０．００１），治疗前后精浆ＩＬ－８浓度有明显差别，且与精液白细胞下降呈同步。ＩＬ－８是反映生殖系统感染的诊断及疗效判断的良好指标。
By using double antibodies sandwich ELISA,interleukin8 concentrations in seminal fluids of 18 leukospermia infertiles and 20 normal men were detected. The results revealed that IL8 level of leukospermia group were obviously higher than those in normal contrast group(P<0001). WBC numbers in semen of leukospermia group was positively correlated with IL8 level. Moreover, a significant difference was seen in IL8 level in semen before and after treatments. It came down simultaneously with WBC numbers. Semen IL8 level is a good index of diagnosis of reproductive system's infection and treatmeat effect review.
