摘要
在数字化变电站系统中为实现其控制、监视和保护功能,要求不同厂家的设备达到信息的共享,实现互操作,为此国际电工委员会(IEC)制定了变电站内通信网络和系统标准体系——IEC 61850。结合IEC 61850数字化变电站工程建设、运行,分析了IEC 61850标准应用的机遇和问题,以及对继电保护专业的影响,提出了一些在数字化变电站技术推广中注意的问题。
In order to perform its control, monitoring and protection functions successfully, substation automation system should implement the information sharing of equipments from different manufacturers and to possess interoperability. For this purpose, a standard for communication networks and system within substations, IEC 61850 is worked out by IEC. On the experience of building and operating the IEC 61850 digital substation, opportunities and problems of application of IEC 61850 and its impact on relay protection are analyzed. The problems in spreading digital substation technology are put forward.
