Dynamic simulation of power electronic transformer in parallel operation

摘要 电力电子变压器并联运行有利于进一步提高电力系统的供电可靠性和供电容量,具有重要的研究价值。为了实现并联运行电力电子变压器之间负荷的稳定合理分配,并具有良好的动态响应特性,基于有功和无功调差特性方程建立了电力电子变压器的控制策略及模型,采用Matlab/Simulink模型对两台变压器并联运行的不同典型控制操作过程进行了仿真研究。结果表明,该控制策略可以在保持额定供电频率的前提下,实现并联运行电力电子变压器之间的有功负荷和无功负荷的稳定合理分配,且动态特性良好。 Parallel operation of power electronic transformer can help to improve power system reliability and power system capacities and has important researching values. In order to realize reasonable distribution of load between power electronic transformers in parallel operation and have good dynamic response characteristics, a control strategy and a model of power electronic transformer are built based on adjusting characteristics of active power and inactive power, typical operating processes of two power electronic transformers in parallel operation are simulated using MATLAB/Simulink. The results show that reasonable distribution of active load and inactive load between power electronic transformers in parallel operation is realized on condition of maintaining rated power frequency, and have good dynamic characteristics.
