摘要
通过盆栽试验研究硅对紫花苜蓿根系生长发育的影响,结果表明:硅可增加紫花苜蓿根系侧根的数量,从而增加根系的体积和生物量,同时施硅促进了根颈直径的生长;其中,根系体积增加33%~55%,根系生物量增加35%以上,侧根总数的最大增幅可达2倍以上,根颈直径最大增幅高达1.25倍。说明施用硅可促进紫花苜蓿根系的生长,从而增加了获取水分和养分的能力,增强其耐旱性。
Lucerne (Medicago sativa L. ) plants were planted in pots to investigate the effects of applying silicon on their root growth. The results showed that application of Si can increase number of secondary roots, which increased root volume and root biomass, promote the growth of crown diameter; root volume was increased by 33-55% and root biomass was increased by over 35%, and the number of secondary roots was increased by 100%, crown diameter was increased by 1.25 times. This study showed that application of silicon can promote root growth of lucerne, which enhanced the ability to absorb water and nutrients and strengthen the drought resistance.
