摘要
为了探讨胆道蛔虫病症状缓解与蛔虫退出胆道的关系、蛔虫死亡后的声象图改变，我们对６４例进行了１－１３周Ｂ超追踪观察。５６例经保守疗法治愈，其中２６例蛔虫退出胆道（包括２例胆囊蛔虫），３０例蛔虫仍滞留于胆道而无明显症状。蛔虫死亡后声象图变为模糊不清、断续的条索状光带。本文提示，症状消失并不意味着蛔虫退出，胆囊蛔虫病也可能保守治愈。判断疗效应用Ｂ超追踪。
To investigate the relation between the relief of symptoms and the exit of worms in patients with biliary ascariasis,the followup sonograms of sixtyfour patients were performed within a 113 week period.The sonographic findings of dead worms were investigated in all patients.The fiftysix patients recovered on conservative treatment.Serial sonograms accurately demonstrated the spontaneous exit of worms in 26 patients(including 2 gallbladder ascariasis),and the persistence of worms in 30 patients.At followup,the patients with persistence of worms were not any symptoms.The sonographic findings of dead worms becomeunclear uncontinous echogenic strips.We conclude that the symptomsfree in patients with biliary ascariasis predicted not spontaneous exit of worms,and gallbladder ascariasis could be treated by conservative means.To evaluate the curative effects of the biliary ascariasis,we should be followup on sonography,until the worms were moved out the biliary.
