摘要
本文对ＨＢＶＤＮＡ和ＨＣＶＲＮＡ用ＰＣＲ方法一次性同时检测技术进行了探索，经对９２例患者血清的检测的结果显示，与同份血清单一ＰＣＲ方法所检测的ＨＢＶ和ＨＣＶ感染阳性总符合率为９８．１６％。
We have reduced PCR reaction time,though decreasing two times PCR reation to one time and extracting HBV DNA by Guanidine Thiocyante instead of proteinase K according to abundant amount of HBV DNA in serum and easy extraction.HBV DNA and HCV RNA were assayed in serum of 92 patients and the results showed that positive rate of the same sample was 98 16%,corresponding to single PCR detection,which consists with reports from home and abrood about position rate of detection of HBV DNA and HCV RNA,the study suggests that the method can be widely used in the hospital of primary level because of its single protocol,lower cost any decreasing contamination.So it has good prospects in future.
