摘要
运用国产电脑型人体平衡功能检测仪,检测了20例脑卒中偏瘫患者的静立姿势稳定性。结果其平衡功能明显下降,姿势图中大部分指标与Semans平衡功能评分、Fugl-Mayer运动功能评分及日常生活能力巴氏指数明显相关。提示该检测有助于平衡功能、运动功能、日常生活能力评定。
The static standing postural stability in 20 cases of hemiplegia with stroke was tested by home -made computerized balance euqiment.It was showed that the balance function in hemiplegic patients with stroke was decreased significantly. Most parameters of the posturograph were markedly correlated with the Semans balance scores ,fugl - Mayer movement scores and Barthal's ADL. It was suggested that the test is helpful to assess the balance function,movement function and ADL.
