摘要
为了准确检测电流互感器(TA)的伏安特性、变比、极性、二次负载及10 %的误差等参数,研制了一种新型TA特性测试仪。论述了TA综合特性测试仪的工作原理,介绍了主要硬件结构和软件流程。该测试仪采用具有整流滤波电路、单相逆变电路、IGBT驱动电路、变压器的交-直-交变换主电路,控制系统基于DSP TMS320LF2407A,具有高速数据采集和实时数据处理的特点。该测试仪的所有功能是通过键盘和液晶显示屏以人机对话的方式实现的,软件编程结构化、模块化,程序便于修改和调试。对该测试仪的主电路系统进行的仿真结果表明,该测试仪控制精度高、动稳态性能好。
An integrative CT(Current Transformer) tester is designed to test the CT parameters, such as volt-ampere curve, ratio, polarity, secondary load and 10 % error. Its working principle, hardware structure and software flowchart are introduced. Its main AC-DC-AC circuitry includes the filter circuit, single-phase inverter circuit, IGBT driver circuit and transformer. Its control system is based on DSP TMS320LF2407A, with high-speed data acquisition and real-time data processing. All test functions are called through man -machine dialogue between keyboard and LCD. The structured and modularized program is easy to be modified and debugged. The simulation of main circuitry shows its high control accuracy and good dynamic performance.
