摘要 介绍了应用组合塔技术回收粗氯乙烯原料气中过量氯化氢的情况,实现了粗氯乙烯混合气中氯化氢的密闭循环、稀酸零排放,经济效益和社会效益显著。对组合塔技术还存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。 The situation of applying complex tower technology to recover hydrogen chloride from crude vinyl chloride gas mixture was introduced. The closed circulation of hydrogen chloride contained in crude vinyl chloride gas mixture and the zero release of dilute acid were achieved, and the economic benefits and social benefits were obvious. Problems existed in complex tower technology were analyzed and the corresponding improvement methods were proposed.
