政府职能部门网站评价体系研究及应用被引量：1

摘要基于前人研究,构建针对政府职能部门网站的指标评价体系,从信息公开、功能服务和网站使用效果三方面,运用加权统计分析和聚类分析方法,确定了政府职能部门网站的综合评价方法。提出网络协作因子以考察政府职能部门网站协作延伸性。并以两个中等城市政府职能部门网站验证,实际测度表面指标体系在应用中效果良好,并量化指出了部门网站间的差异性及协作延伸性。最后给出政府职能部门网站未来发展的建议。
