摘要
针对雷电出现频率极高的呼伦贝尔市地区,依托该地区的雷电探测网和气象内部信息网,基于高分辨率的空间地理信息,利用GIS技术,建立雷电监测及应用平台.实时监测、跟踪雷电活动,生成融合空间地理信息的闪电监测指导产品,服务于公众及相关行业.同时,可应用该系统平台,结合运用常规、非常规气象资料,对雷电特征及雷暴天气进行分析研究.
A thunderbolt monitoring and application platform was built to study the thunderbolt in Hulunbeier where thunderbolts happened frequently. It was based on the lightning detection net and meteorological internal information net in Hulunbeier. Spatial geographic information and GIS technology were used in the platform. The platform could not only monitor and track the activity of thunderbolts, but also provide some predictive results to serve the pubic. Meanwhile with conventional and non-conventional meteorological data, thunderbolt character and thunderstorm weather can be analyzed in the platform.
