摘要
以大豆坯片为原料、正戊烷作溶剂,采用罐组式浸出器进行浸出试验。通过单因素及正交试验得到最佳工艺条件为:浸出温度26℃,浸出次数3次,坯片含水量6.63%,坯片厚度0.231 mm。在此条件下,粕中残油率为1.03%;所得大豆毛油的色泽Y70、R2.0,酸值(KOH)1.81 mg/g,不皂化物含量1.73%,磷脂含量1.31%;所得浸出豆粕的蛋白含量为57.7%,NSI为82.7%。正戊烷作溶剂浸出植物油是可行的。
Soybean oil was extracted from soybean flake with new solvent of n - pentane. The optimal processing conditions for batch extraction were determined by single factors and orthogonal experiments as follows : extraction temperature 26 ℃, extraction times 3, flake thickness 0. 231 mm, moisture content of flake 6.63%. Under the optimal conditions the residual oil of meal was 1.03%. The characteristics of crude oil obtained were: color Y70,R2.0, acid value 1.81 mgKOH/g, unsaponifiable matter 1.73%, phospholipids 1.31%. The crude protein content of meal was 57.7%, and the value of NSI was 82. 7%.
