摘要
分析了在建高速公路铺筑大粒径透水性沥青混合料基层中存在的质量缺陷及其产生原因,制定了加强原材料规格控制、拌和环节控制以及摊铺、碾压过程控制参数的调整等对策,实现了趋利避害,从而全面、充分地发挥大粒径透水性沥青混合料柔性基层的优良性能,有利于进一步推动大粒径透水性沥青混合料柔性基层的推广使用。
The reasons for quality defect existing during the paving of LSPM(Large Stone Porous Asphalt Mixture) for expressway in progress are analyzed. Construction technology and arrangement, including strengthening the control of specification of material and mixing and the adjustment of control parameters during paving and compacting, are taken to make sure the good performance and function of LSPM are fully played, which is good for the popularization of LSPM.
