摘要
针对平地机后驱动桥与平衡箱联接存在零件加工和安装精度要求高、联接受力复杂、普通轴承易损坏、可靠性差等问题,提出了采用专用、特殊的轴承——回转支承联接的方法。通过适当选型并经过计算验证,该方法满足了平地机后驱动桥和平衡箱联接的强度和工作要求,且方便可行。
According to the problem that high precision is needed of fabrication of parts and mounting, and that common bearing is damageable in the joining of grader back driving axle and Equilibrium Box, a method of applying Slewing Ring is presented. Through type selection in reason and strength verification, this method is feasible and meets the challenge.
