摘要
阴极铜自动包装生产线是大型冶金自动化包装设备。介绍了基于西门子(S7-300)PLC为核心的控制系统的设计方法,给出了系统硬件设计框图和软件编程方法,并成功研制了控制系统。本系统经过实际应用证明,系统设计先进可靠,运行稳定。设计思路可以推广到其它板式冶金包装工业,具有一定的参考价值。
Copper auto-packaging production line is large metallurgical automated packaging equipment. In this paper introduces the system design method, based on SIEMENS（S7 -300）PLC as the core of the control system, hardware design block diagram of the system and software programming methods are given, and successfully developed a control system. The practical application of the system show that design is advanced and reliable system, operation stability. Design ideas can be extended to other packaging plate metallurgical industry, with some reference value.
