摘要
为了解决传统的猪肉生产系统在实现生产信息共享方面的缺陷,该文采用基于现场总线控制系统FCS(fieldbus control system)和Intranet相结合的自动化技术以实现生产信息的共享。详细介绍了FCS在猪肉生产过程上的应用,并对系统的硬件结构,各部件的功能作了介绍,实现用户对养殖、屠宰、销售环节信息的追溯。系统成功运行表明采用本控制系统可以很好的实现系统设备的模块化、智能化、柔性化、信息化。
To solve the shortage of sharing production information for the traditional pork production system, the automatic technology based on fieldhus controlling system （FCS） combined with Intranet were applied to realize the informatization of manufacture. This paper in- troduced the application of FCS in detail in the pork production process, the hardware structure of system and the function of each parts, realizes information traceablity to breeds, slaughters, the sales by user. The good running of equipments has shown that the system can realize the modularization, intellectualization, flexibility and informatization of the equipments.
