摘要
简述了PROFIBUS现场总线的基本原理、性能。结合冶炼行业工艺详细介绍了基于PROFIBUS实现可编程控制器(PLC)与集中控制计算机(Pc)构成的监督控制与数据采集(SCADA)系统。该系统具有经济、可靠、易于扩展的特点,并已在白银公司中得到成功应用,效益显著。
This paper introduces the basic principle and performance of PROFIBUS fieldbus. Combining the smelting craft, the supervisor control and data acquisition（SCADA） system consisting of PLC and PC based on PROFIBUS are illustrated in detail. This system is economical, reliable and easy to be expanded ,which has been successfully applied in Baiyin Co.,Ltd.
