摘要
目的研制中药制剂清咽喷雾剂,观察其临床疗效。方法采用煎煮、渗漉法、浸渍法制成清咽喷雾剂,进行疗效观察。结果治疗组48例,显效22例,有效22例,无效2例,总有效率为95.83%;对照组15例,显效5例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率为86.67%。结论清咽喷雾剂治疗慢性咽炎疗效确切,毒性作用小。
OBJECTIVE To prepare Chinese Qingyan Spray and observe its clinic effects. METHODS Qingyan Spray was prepared through decoction, penetrability, lixiviation and its clinic effects were observed. RESULTS The number of obviously effective cases, efficient cases and inefficient cases of curative group was 22, 22 and 2, respectively. Overall efficiency was 95.86%. Compared with control group, the number was 5, 6 and 2, respectively and the overall efficiency was 86.67 %. CONCLUSION Qingyan Spray can cure chronic pharyngitis with reliable therapeutic efficacy and little toxic effect.
