摘要
研究了以废硅胶和转化剂为原料合成白炭黑的方法。该生产过程中有许多因素影响白炭黑的产量和性能,通过对这些因素进行综合分析,优化选择实验条件,得到了一种制备白炭黑的新方法,该法具有产量大,工艺简单,容易操作,经济环保等优点,并且得到的白炭黑的DBP吸收值也较高。
A new production method of silica hydrated was systematically studied. The raw materials of this method was waste silica gel and transforming agent. Some factors which influenced the quantity and quality of silica hydrated in the production process were tested. Through a comprehensive analysis of these factors, optimization of experimental conditions, a new production method of silica hydrated was received. The advantage of this approach were high yield, simple process, easily operate, economy, pro-environment and so on. The DBP of silica hydrated was higher.
