摘要
目的探讨股骨颈骨折伴糖尿病患者围手术期临床特点及最佳护理对策。方法回顾分析21例股骨颈骨折伴糖尿病患者手术治疗过程中临床及护理特点。结果对本组患者采用规范化专科护理与个性化护理相结合,其康复率100.0%,功能评分优良率90.5%。结论对骨折伴糖尿病患者,根据其临床特点提出了预见性的护理干预措施,加强对血糖的监控及糖尿病并发症的防治,可减少围手术期各种护理并发症,促进了患者的康复。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of diabetic patients with femoral neck fracture and the best nursing mode. Methods The perioperative clinical and nursing features of 21 diabetic patients with femoral neck fracture were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients received standardized, specific and their recovery rate was 100% ,excellent rate of function score was 90.5%. Conclusion For diabetic patients with femoral neck fracture, nursing intervention measures should be based on the clinical characteristics. And strengthening the monitoring of blood glucose and preventing complications of diabetic can reduce perioperative complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
