摘要
目的探讨分散注意力对肝癌患者介入治疗中疼痛的影响。方法将40例患者随机分成两组,对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组术中由护士陪伴,与患者交谈,分散其注意力,术后对疼痛进行评估。结果介入治疗前两组患者肝癌疼痛比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);介入治疗过程中观察组的疼痛比对照组明显减轻(P<0.01)。结论分散注意力可以预防或减轻肝癌患者介入治疗中的疼痛。
Objective To invaetigate the influence of distracting attention on pain relief of liver cancer patients in the interventional treatment. Methods 40 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups： the control group adopted conventional nursing method, while the observation group adopted districting attention method which the patients in interventional treatment were accompanied by the nurse with durative conversation. The appraisal of pain was carried out after the interventional treatment. Results The difference in pain level of patients was not significantly before the interventional treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but obviously in the treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ） between the two groups. Conclusion Distracting attention may relieve the pain of liver cancer patients in the interventional treatment.
