霉菌性食管炎胃镜管道刷刷洗治疗15例体会 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨胃镜管道刷刷洗治疗霉菌性食管炎的疗效。方法选取15例霉菌性食管炎患者,行胃镜下胃镜管道刷刷洗。结果总有效率为93.3%,4例患者存在食道轻微损伤,术后有发热、疼痛等不适,给予相应的对症处理后症状缓解。结论胃镜下管道刷刷洗治疗霉菌性食管炎既简便又比较安全,且无毒副作用,是治疗霉菌性食管炎较为理想的一种方法,值得进一步观察应用。 Objective To study the treatment of mycotic esophagitis with endoscope cleaning brush. Methods 15 cases patients were examed by electric endoscopic and pathologic diagnosis according to mucosa damage. They were scraped with tube cleaning brush. Results The cure rate was 93.3%. 4 cases had mild hurt in the esophageal and fever or ache following treatment. Conclusion The treatment of mycotic esophagitis by endoscopic tube cleaning brush is safe and effective. It has not side effect.
